I've been having some great success lately using MyFitnessPal.com for tracking my food and exercise for losing weight. It is like the Facebook of weight loss. This is what is working for me right now. Weight Watchers works, and has worked for me in the past, but I don't feel like counting points right now, honestly. Personally, I like using My Fitness Pal over SparkPeople.com because it has many of the similar features, but I like the layout better. It is sleeker and more streamlined.

The ironic part though? I just was eating a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich, tracking my food for the day, and I dripped ice cream on the track pad of my laptop and now it is moving all jittery and slow whenever I try to use the touchpad. Kind of a bummer.
